Meghan McKenna

Meghan is a third-year history student at Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, with her main learning pathway focusing on ancient history and medieval to early modern Britain and Europe. Meghan's key interests are Ancient Greece, medieval Britain, and Scottish history. Her dissertation will focus on her original homeland of Scotland as she considers the complexities of Scottish clans and identities during the Jacobite rebellions, which she hopes to study in a masters and PhD. She is also a freelance article writer and has written articles comparing historically inspired books, movies, and TV shows to the history that inspired them.
