Muaz is a fighter, a poet, a lover, an artist, an athlete, and a scholar who enjoys long walks on the beach. Having studied History in college and realizing very late in the game that they were not all that fascinated by the world of academia or a career in History, they have transitioned into a role as a full-time content writer and a social media manager. Living the Capitalist dream if you will. Muaz loves reading about History and their expertise is in British Colonial History. Specifically, they enjoy focusing on the efforts of various post-colonial regimes to recover from the impacts of colonialism and how power dynamics that were formed in the 19th and 20th centuries still affect politics today. Besides history, they are fascinated by J.R.R. Tolkein’s works which have led to a lasting appreciation for the fantasy genre.
